Multi-Factor Authentication

Recently, we have seen an increase in email scams and researched into Multi-Factor Authentication.
Therefore, we can now provide all of our Unlimited IT Support customers with free, Multi-Factor Authentication to protect their Office 365 accounts.

But what is Multi-Factor Authentication?
This is the two-step verification process of logging in to your Office 365 account. You enter your email and password as normal, then you have the second stage of authentication. Depending on your personal preference or company policy, you will receive a text, phone call or a notification from an app. These will all contain a 6 digit code which you enter to then access your account.

This way, only you will be able to access it, reducing the risk of your email accounts becoming compromised.

Being an Unlimited customer means our software is already installed on your computer. So, whenever you need us, we can quickly remote on to your computer and solve the issue without you having to spend time logging in to a portal online. It’s simple and hassle-free.

Unlimited onsite visits

If we cannot solve the issue for you by remoting on to your computer, one of our friendly technicians will come out to your office and fix the issue for you. This is also unlimited, we will come to you as many times as we need and solve the problem, ensuring it doesn’t happen again.
