At this price point you should expect very low quality engineers, technically bad work, poor attention to detail and slow response times. 

Break Fix Only

At this price point you should expect lower quality engineers, where the quality of work can vairy from poor to moderate. The service will be ‘break fix’ which means no proactive maintenance or prevention of downtime.


This is a good starting price point for most businesses. You should expect good engineers, who are responsive and produce quality fixes. They should be proactive with maintenance and downtime prevention
